A Journey That Didn't Follow a Straight Line
My career began in engineering. With a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication, I started out as a Purchase Trainee working on SAP MM, where I learned how processes, planning and deadlines keep a business running. I then moved into writing as a content writer, and later worked as a Quality Assurance engineer, where my job was to test work carefully and catch problems before users did.
After a career break, I came back with a clear goal: to bring all of this into digital marketing. I trained at CDA Academy, and today I use what each role taught me: clear writing, close attention to detail and a methodical approach, to help small businesses get found online.
